Check valve install

From what I recently experienced - you best place to find a 2 1/2 inch is a plumbing supply store. (Lowes and Home Depot) did not have the flapper type in my area or the spring kind. My local plumbing supply had a huge selection of sizes. Good luck!

I never heard of a 2 1/2" check valve.
I only see 1" - 2 1/2" - 2" and 3"

Are you measuring the out side of the pipe
2"sch 40 pipe is 2" on the inside and 2 1/2" on the outside

Yes it is 2" and I found one at the local plumbing store. Now to install.

Just out of curiosity, what did it cost? I have 2 that were given to me and I have always wondered. Mine are laboratory grade with 2 flappers.
