Container pond

Does anyone in zone 7 (Maryland) have a container pond? I am currently trying to reduce the number of hardy lilies from my pond. I wanted to put one each in a 35 gallon container pond. Don’t want to get rid of them because I’m planning on starting pond #2 for the spring. My question is will the water temperature be to high for the lilies we are currently having 90+ days. I was planning on running a small air stone sponge filter so I can have 2 mosquitoe fish in each? Any advice from personal experience would be great thanks

How about a couple of the blue kiddie pools? I have my lotus in 20 gallon pots and with this heat, they are not doing well.
