First cold winter

Im am in Zone 5. Should I unplug and bring in the UV light for the winter? Can it freeze and bust? Also in my plant pond should I just let the water hycins and water lettuce die before I remove them from the water? I was told to leave my parrot feather in with the hardy lillies. The plant pond gos from 12 to 21 inchs deep. What depth sould I put the lillies once I trim off the dead leaves to put them to bed?

Lillies go to the deepest areas....parrots feather will sink and come back up in spring on its own usually
definately unplug, clean and store your u.v indoors
toss your hyacinths and lettuce as it browns..the longer its in and feeding the more nitrates it removes
