View attachment 6209Just bought 2 new lilies in the past 2 weeks. One is a Florida Sunset and the other one? Lost the tag - do know it is a Tropical. Funny, when I come home from work about 5 pm (eastern time) the flower is closed and it is sunny out. This morning we went fishing at 5 am and it was dark out and the purple lily is full bloom, even after a full down pour night before.

The purple one may be a night bloomer. They are real fragrant. The white looks like a tropical, its flower is out of the water. Nice bloom!

Mine close around 5 or so, even though we have sun until 730p or so. Think they have internal time clocks lol

Glad yours are blooming for you, it is exciting.

One last try, if not I'll have to take another pic and try tonight. Both pics are jpeg files
Still no luck

It might be too big dc,

the two pictures you loaded look like two different lilies.

Just so you don't get to frustrated trying to post pics, I have been having the same issues. taking the pics with the same camera I have been using with the same setting and some fail to post. I'm going to run this issue by Ian and get him to check on it. Hopefully he can figure out what's going on. It may be a site problem and not a problem on your end.

Could not figure why 1 pic would download and have no problem. Both are jpeg and about the same size. But the purple lily picture just keeps giving me a Failed. Yet the fish pic went thru with no problem. I even tried to log out and come back in. Even tonight it still wouldn't Upload.
I will keep tryin off and on

May have to take another pic of it and try. I know, i have the same thing happening with a pic I was trying to post on another thread. One loaded no problem the other one I took at the same time just will not load, not matter what I do.
