Leaking bog. Water going under pond liner

My new rpe lined bog is leaking water under my rpe pond liner creating a bubble. I don't know why? Any & all suggestions are welcomed. I am tired!!

It's possible water is wicking, but I think to cause a bubble there must be some decent water that leaked out. I've had very heavy rains and never had a bubble, but I remember in december I had a hose that left the filter and it was pouring water right into the soil behind the liner, so it could be a leak/low edge.

Did you join the two liners or just overlap?

I just overlapped the two liners. I then put a second liner (in the bog) over the 1st. Same issue and it leaks down to a couple of inches and stops. I'm bewildered.

is there a plumbing penetration's at that level ?

is this with the pump running or off

I have completed the plumbing yet. It is just hanging over the edges for now. I've hooked up my old filter so I wont have too much of an algae problem for now.
