Fish or Frog?

Arnold Schwarzenegger frog eggs!

His home village is nearby. I've been to the museum, and the lake there is very nice, and filled with frogs, ducks and fish. But if the frogs turn out to be Arnies size i'm in trouble

I vote for toads, they lay eggs side by side, frogs just dump them into the water and they float near the top in a jelly mass.

Strings are characteristic of toads. Frog eggs are in masses. Fish eggs (at least goldfish eggs) are single.

Today i went to check on the eggs.... and found that 'Bill' my biggest Koi, has a real liking for them. They're almost all gone. I've seperated off what's left into an old plant container.... maybe they'll still grow?
