Hello,
I completed about a 10, 000 Gallon pond about ten years ago. I didn't have much cash at the time and never was happy with my filtration system. I got discouraged and now pretty much have a bog in my front yard. I am hoping to learn a little bit about filtration and resurrect my pond again. Not sure how much I can contribute back other than telling what doesn't work.

Welcome to the forum I am pretty much the same as you as far as knowing very little about ponds for the most part other than general knowledge. I recommend @Meyer Jordan for most questions related to a pond that size. Good luck bring it back to life
PS: If you ever have any turtles show up or you buy some then I am your guy for info though as that is my only expertise in the pond world.
