I am new here, I have 4 connected ponds with a Savio skimmerfilter at the bottom. I purchased the autofill kit specifically made for this skimmer and am trying to install it...and while it supposedly is made specifically for this skimmer, it just doesn't fit right. Not only did it not take into account the possible pump connections, but there just doesn't seem to be a way for the float bulk to actually...float because their is a piece of plastic, not to mention the skimmer basket, in the way.
While this seems to have been available for years, there are limited videos and reviews on it (I know, maybe that was the clue I missed.)
This seems to be a fairly common skimmer, has anyone actually installed this successfully before - or, have any other options that may work better?
