I’ve been keeping fish and water gardens for a few years in galvanized steel tanks. Recently I decided to build a new pond, a real one that is about 9’ x 11’ and built of block. I’m hoping to have better insulated water from heat more than cold as well as being deeper to protect fish from predators. I’m looking for all kinds of advice. I love keeping fish and water plants but I’ve had mixed results with the fish, sadly, learning as I go. Hoping this new pond will improve my luck.
