Inverted fish tank

We recently added an inverted fish tank (2 by3 by 1 feet) in our pond for our koi. It’s been there a week and they haven’t used it! Is it too soon? We love everyone’s photos of their fish using one, but haven’t had any luck. Help!

Maybe too soon or too warm up there? Give them more time.

I wonder how long you'll use this before you realize how much trouble it is to clean the algae so you can see the fish. An interesting idea but not for the long term, imo.
