Is it OK to split a set of concrete water fall stones in garden pond designs?

Hi everyone. I bought a house with a pond in the garden which has three water falls, each consisting of a pair of concrete rocks that feed the water into the pond at different angles: One set from the left, another straight down, the remaining from the right. Each of the pairs therefore differ only in the angle of the carved out channel in the bottom rock of the pair. I want to sell the whole waterfall, but I'm not sure if I should sell
the three pairs individually or everything as a set.
