I can't tell from the picture, but has the fish lost the scales on top of his head?

It's a little hard to see in the picture, but it sort of looks like an area of missing scales from him scraping into something (a rock, most likely) My fish occasionally scrape themselves up a bit, and I just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't turn red, indicating an infection setting in. Usually they just heal up on their own.
