Fish jumping usually means the don't like the water chemistry OR they have something on their skin (parasites) OR they have sunburn and their skin is irritated. I think that is the three main reasons and it is not normal for Koi to do that.
How long have they been in the pond?
Four of them been in the pond for about a year and a half. I just added two of them a few days ago

Hmmm... then it’s possible you introduced something to the pond that is irritating them - a parasite maybe? Were these also your fish? Are all the fish jumping?

Koi jumping is not natural. The comment from Lisak1 is very relevant. If the 2 fish are new for you then that is likely the source of the problem. And it is likely skin flukes or something like that. However if it was then they would also be flicking against objects in the pond as well. are they flicking against the bottom etc?
