Hi folks,

I just checked on my pond and my Sequence 5800 is leaking water from both sides. Looks to be throwing out small amounts. I'm hoping this is something a pool company can fix if I bring it to them? The place I used to use closed down :(

I did turn it off. No real noise coming from it other than the regular stuff

Uh oh... wonder if something cracked in the deep freeze? No idea on repairing this... but it's the first thought that came to mind when you said "leaking".

Its spitting at the impeller so hopefully its just a gasket. I'm going to send it back to the parent company for repairs

Well I shipped it back! It will be a great test on how Sequence does with their repairs and service!

I'll keep everyone informed :)

Ok wow the pump showed up today at Sequence! It has a bad bearing and a bad seal and he recommended something else that he said was "old" but the cost was 189 bucks which on a pump that would cost me 700 to replace isn't too bad so we can give a thumbs up to Sequence Pumps! (assuming it works of course :D) They are fixing it today and shipping out tomorrow!
