Just joined the forum. I have been playing around with my backyard ponds for 3 years now and I'm always learning something new its alot of fun. I have two 10'x12' (more or less) with a downhill stream connecting the two ponds. I have a 5000 gph mag drive pump and a aqua inline UVclarifer. I have several hardy water lilies.ornamental cattails, and bog plants in the ponds. I'm slowly learning what works and what doesn't looking forward to the help I can get from all of you. jethro13

well, about my fish or, the lack thereof. took a long weekend last year over labor day and guess who came to visit while I was gone? Yep, that's right a heron. So I am STARTING FROM SCRATCH!!! I think I am going to just stick with fancy goldfish once the water is warm enough to buy fish.
