Hi all. Due to a power cut on Sunday my pump broke in my pond (see attached pic). I have a new one coming this Thursday.
Excuse the question but I am unsure! How long will the fish be ok before the water starts getting dirty?
As usual any help much appreciated.
Paul

Also stop feeding until the new pump is installed, if you haven't already. The fish will be fine and it will help reduce the waste.

I think the most immediate issue is oxygenation. If you have or can get quickly an air pump with stones that should hold you over until the new pump gets there
yeah, just put it in a corner the furthest from the water lily, dont think they like that movement.
