One of my catfish died today

Thanks for all the great advice. Today i found my catfish floating. I have 10 koi and 4 catfish in a 12 by 8 2 and half ft deep aman made pond with pvc liner. Its about 3 weeks old. I brought the koi and catfish at same time. There about 3 inches long. I have 24 hyacinth flowers, 6 letuce, planted cattail lilies, and purple lillies. I used the chlorine remover when i first put water in pond and waited a week before i put fish in pond. I have a water fall and a fountian i run 24/7. Both have filters.

What should i do next to try to ensure the other dont die.

That was a lot of fish to add to a new pond, it had not yet cycled and that may be the reason they have died. You need to test the water to see your levels.
