Hey I was outside in my winter coat this morning. It got pretty scary at 64.
geez out walking the pup, our 3 mile walk, in t shirt and shorts, it was 55f. Beautiful!

I wear flip flops until the snow is at least 6 inches deep.

Me, too! I thought I was the only nut! Shoes make my feet feel like they are suffocating!
Dear hubby gripes at me all of the time................why are you barefoot, in flipflops dead of winter, in sandals, I tell him they are comfy and I don't like shoes or socks!

I was born barefoot so why not go barefoot when you can .Poor mitch must think we are all nuts .But not sure I could ever survive his winters .I get bored and want to be outside .I would prefer a maid than a yardman .I hate house work .

I just put a trough heater in the pond and I'm done winterizing. My pond runs in winter and the fish even feed since it stays 50-60F with the trough heater. I do get green water though since the bog is not growing. I actually change water in the winter. Funny eh?

Oh and I put the aerators near the water top.
