Good morning! We're getting ready to overhaul our koi water garden. I would like to use rock on a roll on the bottom instead of actual rocks. Tired of the gunky maintenance. What adhesive should I use, so it doesn't float to the top and fish can't get under it?
Thank you!

PL roofing sealant works great but just be aware that the surface will get covered with algae and is very difficult to clean. I have it on the sides of my pond as well as spillway. It builds up a thick coating of carpet algae.

Can you see the rocks on the bottom of your pond now? I would think they and the rock on a roll would get covered in green and not be really visible. If I am wrong about seeing the rocks please let me know. How deep is your pond? If shallow than I can see why you could possibly see the bottom.

Hello and welcome, but I don’t think that is the intended use for this product, and I kinda find it hard to believe this is a serious question.

I can see this being a creative use for it. It would (maybe) be less slippery than liner and would give a rock-ish kind of look. I am going to use it between the bog and pond and I hope it looks as good in real life as imagine it in my mind!
