Sealing liner to cement pavers

How do I secure the liner to concrete pavers so it wraps around (front two wall blocks only) the bog area ? I am doing away wth the waterfall and partitioning it off for a bog. I almost had it, but water seeped in and created a giant air buble.Waterfall will be removed and partitioned off to serve as a bog with spillway. More paver stones will be placed along the perimeter of the pond to secure the liner. Problem is the pavers on each side facing the pond by where the waterfall is currently located. Would batten strips work?

Hello and welcome!

Not exactly sure what you mean, but if you could raise the edges of the pond a little bit, maybe you could curl the liner underneath the brick…..? IOW, where you have the pavers, put those under the liner.
