Pet goose swimming in pond kill fish

Hello, I have a pet goose that likes to get in my 3500 gallon garden pond on occasion. Will her poop kill my fish? Just have goldfish, shubunkins, and comets.

If you don't have a great filter than if the goose poops a lot it will contaminate the water so it will be hard for fish to live. Not sure what kind of filter will help you w/this tho.
