Entire family loves the look of the pond setup at night. Definitely worth the effort.

Found these at HD. I swapped out the bulbs for LED bulbs (mix of flood and spotlight) and hooked them up to the low voltage transformer I already had set up for my landscaping lights. No issues after 3 years setup both underwater and out of the water. Not too expensive either. Highly recommend them:

We haven’t installed the under water lights yet… wondering if anyone has noticed any associated issues with nocturnal predators and fish potentially being drawn to illuminated waters?

nocturnal animals do not need light to see whats going on if anything it may help hide the fish like looking at a light with night vission

Thank you. I wasn’t thinking of it so much as the nocturnal predators needing light to see… more that it would bring the fish to the surface and might make it easier for the predator to attack the fish. Glad to hear that’s not the case from what you’ve said
