@sissy , so good to see you, was wondering what you're up to:) Will you've in the new house or remain in the remodeled one? How are Agie and Bert ......can't remember if I have their names right.

raccoons injured aggie and not sure she will make it as the injuries heal ,but still not good .I relocated both raccoons .The other house is for Mikes mother in law .I have really had no time for the pond .Thank you names are right .All new flooring here that I put down .3 coats of extra thick kilz primer with extra mildew additive on the subfloors .I figured over kill could not hurt ,insulated underlayment also .Then lowes delivered my new appliances and dropped the hand truck on the kitchen floor and damaged a whole section after I warned the guys 3 times about the floor being new .Caulked all the walls to the floor before I put down new floors and signed laundry room floor .Moving appliances in and out by myself not easy but got it done .Still need to finish master bedroom .My new master bathroom light and new lights in other bathrooms.Waiting for the rest of the flooring to come in .

I am sad to hear about Aggie's injuries and hope she makes it. You've obviously been working round the clock , completing so many projects !

The lowes store sent an adjuster from their insurance company .After taking up my laminate floor I will never trust another floor installer .They caulked and nailed every where the floor meant the walls .I guess they did not understand floating floors .Plus the underlayment was missing in several spots .Was out al day yesterday and came home to cut down the banana plants that got hit by the frost yesterday morning .I hope every one is doing OK since I was last on .The neighbor down the road with 32 acres is selling for 299 thousand and there has been 4 homes put up here since .2 of the couples are from NJ and I heard the new modular house that is going in is owned by people from NJ .I am still trying to keep up with stuff here and all that extremely dry hot weather here set me back .I had to change the valve gaskets on both mowers .I only have 2 of the stray cats left .The others disappeared slowly .Mommy and princess were the 2 I got fixed are the only 2 left .They are getting fatter everyday .We have had days of lady bug invasion and they are biting bad and then the waps have been bad .
