Well we got hammered again with another storm. This is the most snow I had had with the pond and stream running. I think close to 2ft of snow. I am definitely looking to spring to get here.

So pretty! I hope you didn't have the damage like you did with the first round!
I hope not also. Some of the trees are heavy again. I still do not have everything cleaned up from the other storm yet. It has been a tough run but I will just enjoy the summer pond that much more :)

Wow, that's going to chill the water.
Hope you don't have problems with drainage in your pond and yard when it melts.

I guess we got lucky we got only 3" from what the authorities were pushing everyone to stay off the roads. The snow never even stuck to the roads. Good luck guys I know a lot of the ever greens here are just now rebounding from last weeks snow.

Yes chill the water for sure. The ducks still loved the conditions yesterday. Drainage for the pond will not be a issue at all. The area near the back horse paddock, well that is another issue, may be able to use that by July if lucky. Super wet in that area of the yard.

Glad to hear you only got 3". Part of living in the New England area. It will take a bit more for the trees to rebound now. They got hit hard twice now.

They are saying on the news, we will be below normal for the rest of March, a low pressure keeping us cold. You guys up north, snow covered.

Thee next 10 day temps do not look good. A couple in the teens at night. This snow will be here for a bit.

We are staying in the 20's at night. Ponds with a light ice cover every morning. Bounce up into the 40's range during the day.
