Squirrel's have come to our property, well at least one and he/she is a little digger and is grabbing up all the Hazel nuts and putting them everywhere! We are gonna be pulling up little sprouting trees next Spring all over!

Our skunks dig for grubs on a nightly basis, but you have to look REAL hard to find the holes! most are just big enough to fit a skunk's nose into (maybe 1 1/2" across), and like Addy, ours is a country lawn and has more weeds than actual grass. (But it LOOKS nice and green!) Apparently, if you have major damage, the culprit is usually a raccoon. They tend to roll the sod back like a torn rug.

You're probably right about raccoons. I've not had to deal with wild critter landscaping in quite a while....lol
