After our latest grandchild was born texting is our primary mode of communication with all of our grown children. Almost nightly in fact. With the last cell bill we released our texting minutes had been surpassed so I called our carrier T-Mobile. Been with them for about 16 years. The customer service rep evaluated our account then without asking removed all over limit charges then proposed we switch to a new plan with unlimited talk & text and a reduction of our Internet GB from 3 to 1. We never use the web on our phone. This very helpful customer service lady solved our immediate issues plus reduced our monthly cell phone bill by $20 a month. That's customer service!
