What are these and how do I get rid of them?

Hi

Can anyone please identify these for me? We've recently chased away some birds and given them a new place to bathe (as one ate a fish) and now we seem to have an infestation of tiny snails and something else larvae/wormlike. What could they be and how do I get rid of them without hurting the fish?

Also note my pond is clean, the fish aren't overfed and I do regular water changes and check chemistry.

Kinda look like leeches but not sure.

Looks like they are not over powering the pond . they appear not to be on your fish so why would you want to eradicate them

Because they are covering my decorative urn and look unsightly. Plus they're not overpowering my pond yet......
