I was wondering if anyone had tried to use ABS glue that is used by plumbers to bond the ABS pipe for a good seal?
It’s much cheaper but I never tried it on the EPDM rubber and certainly don’t want to create a situation where I have to do over.

Try it on scrap see how well it holds to you yanking and ripping at it.

Hello and welcome. I kind of doubt that it will work, but ditto what @addy1 said. Are you wanting to use it to seam 2 pieces of EPDM, or EPDM to PVC??? Totally different chemical properties……

Luckily I got good advice- thanks
I tried it and for whatever reason the ABS glue did not catalyze. I was able to pull the scrap peace apart with ease.
Do not try this at home or you get to do it again tomorrow.
What is a good vendor to purchase from and what is the best product to purchase?
