I was checking out my fish today when I saw this guy on his side in the rocks around my pond. He's moving but does t look well. Was hoping that someone could give a possible diagnosis by a picture so I know if I need to treat the rest. I have it of what I think are mosquito larvae in my pond and started treating with some mosquito dunks that day they are fish safe.

Have you tested the water? Most problems stem from water quality issues, so testing the water is always a good starting point.

Please use liquid type tests for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH and KH and post the results here. These are all important to have on hand to know how well you pond is doing.

Mosquito larvae should be no problem and your fish should enjoy feeding on them. There is no reason to treat for those and I would remove the dunks.
