Damn. Looking great! How much "gardening" are you doing these days? And is that a type of grass in front of the hobbit falls? I've been looking for something like that for a few spots.

No it's called white fairly lily there is also a pink, They are growing in 3/8 peastone with the roots in water but the ankles are above the water line in a constant water flow and i got it from play it koi in your neck of the woods they also have another grass like plant more resembling a mini iris that gets purple flowers called Sisyrinchium Montanum or Schizostylis Hesperantha is another plant i like then there was some plant caled oregon something very much like an iris but bloomed for close to a month but my favorite grass like plant grows to a foot is in the htird picture with the purple balls wild onion it blooms for a month and grows compact and a foot tall 18 with the flowers

I'd say stay away from horse tail but it is much like bamboo and you already have that. another cool plant is dwarf cat tail
