Welcome to the forum. Eurasian water milfoil comes to mind, invasive in lots of areas. ID also may depend on you location.

Lots of aquatic bunch plants look very similar so hard to say for sure from the picture and I am certainly no expert.

Kinda looks like a hefty crop of Anacharis (Egeria Densa) the really large kind)to me. Does it ever bloom and get tiny white flowers? Hard to tell exactly w/o seeing a piece of it really close up. I would love to have some of that wide, large kind in my pond!

i have to agree @JRS that would be the plant that is the most destructive and invasive plant in America MILFOIL

Too bad you can’t put a manatee in the pond. They eat milfoil. You can contact the local DNR for assistance.
