Dave's pond started about 8 yrs. ago @ 7200 gal. w/Comets. Last yr. it was increased to about 19,000 gal. because of a Blue Heron. This Heron eat 2 of my Koi so I went larger and deeper. Also added decoys and fish line, I HOPE THIS WORKS!! I have about 90 fish at this time. I just added a floating island and a 25 ft. bridge. Hope to share comments with all of you. Have a nice day have to go work on my pond LOL.

Welcome to the group! Make sure your floating island is not big enough for the heron to land on. I had one, the heron used it as its floating sushi bar. The island is now gone
