I tried catching them once with a fishing pole and bringing them home to put in my pond. That didn't work. The next morning I found it with its head bitten off. Now I have at least 2 frogs and some toads that self migrated to my pond. They croaked very loud at night. A couple weeks ago things got very quiet around my pond . Last week I discovered at least 500 tadpoles in my pond  .

Woo hoo! Went out to the pond this morning and a frog was sitting on the edge of the liner! Even more amazing is that I leaned down within 2 feet of it and it did not budge at all. :-D Not sure it if is a totally new one or just one from the frog puddle 100 feet away.

Just had a frog show up at our pond a couple weeks ago. Then a few days later we had tons of frog eggs. The eggs just hatched 3 days ago and I have so many tadpoles in the pond that im going to have to get out as many as possible. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of baby tadpoles taking over the pond right now. I know they won't all survive, but I'm sure a good percentage will.
