Is it safe to use unused little road construction gravel in a fish pond?

I would suggest gathering creek rock instead, then washing it in diluted bleach.

Not to mention that sharp edges can harm fish.

Rounded pea gravel in H-depot or Lowes stores etc. is pretty cheap by the bag.
