nothing fancy just home with a view I spend a little time on my front porch and it is overlooking the pond and I can see the storms coming over the hills across the road from my house .It is really neat to see a wall of rain headed your way .Getting dark here now so more rain I guess

wow good job, my pond in arizona, had to use picks to break through the caliche.

I got lucky with the caliche!!! My buddy that is 5 miles away dug his and hit it about 10 inches down to the bottom. Where my house is was never farmland so I think it makes a difference.

We hit it shovel deep when digging our arizona pond. Hard to even put in a tree.

They used to have orange trees where my house is.

Red is talking about me. I started out doing it by hand then got smart and rented a backhoe and jack hammer. At that point i decided to go deeper.

your fish are loving life right now and growing fast Red.

After digging in my ground to plant trees there was no way I was going to dig the pond by hand, would still be digging 6 years later. Worth every penny the rental cost me, plus it was fun like playing in a big sandbox!
