Ok, Koi Guy, you got me there .... 
We had a dairy goat once that looked like a female, but didn't have the right plumbing. Another friend had a doe that had internal testicles, so "she" was able to let her know when the other "normal" does were in heat, although she didn't have ALL the right plumbing parts to breed. And, we see this in the animal world, and then humans try to change "parts", too. Yikes! LOL
