Hmmm double layer of liner or not

I have enough liner to lay double layers in the bottoms of the streams, entry of the pond and the bog. With the deer walking the stream it will help protect the bottom. Double can be good.

We put carpet pad under the liner, in the streams and pond double thick. And in the bog but single layer.
Picked up cheap off of craigslist.
