We just moved into a home that has a small decorative pond adjacent to the house. I have been able to drain the pond using buckets and a shop vac, but I still can't figure out how to permanently stop the water from refilling. There is a leveler that I've taped up to at least stop the flow, but it appears to be directly linked to the sprinkler pipes and I can't shut off the water without shutting off my irrigation. Can you please help me out? All I can think of is removing the leveler and plugging the end of the pipe. We are going to cover the pond with gravel.
I've attached two pictures. Thank you so much!
