It was great fun meeting TM, even if only for a few minutes. I enjoyed putting a face to the name! So glad you were able to come by, I know how crazy weddings can be.

@tbendl It was great and wish we could have stayed longer or visited Sat. instead of Sun. I'd even prepped the kiddos [Phillip is my son; Caitlin is his friend, but not girl friend -- both are 20 and about to start Jr. year in college] that you had a daughter about to start college, so they'd have something to talk about if she was there.
I really did want to talk "pond" some more. I wanted more details on how you made your bog! Oh, and I meant to ask....where did you get the flat "stones" you used as edging? I assume they are manmade, but they look so natural and I love how they fit together so nicely.

You and the family are welcome anytime. I got the irregular shaped pavers at Lowes. Eventually I'll add to them off the back side, (where we were standing in the shade) and put a seating area there. Nothing a ton of money and time won't fix... Lol

Great idea, Keith! My daughter was on a dating website once, and a bunch of the girls (it was a cowboy/cowgirl website) got together in Texas for the big rodeo and met up. She said it was a super fun time. I'd be game if anyone put this together sometime.
