We talked about my pitcher plant last year, and it seems like a lot of you have them! I bought mine from a local nursery last June, I left it in the original pot and sat it in a 2" deep saucer close to my goldfish pond. The pitcher never opened up, though, it just had a long stalk on top with what may have been a tiny flower.
When temperatures got below 30 degrees, I put it in my unheated greenhouse with other plants to keep it from freezing. I brought it out about 2 weeks ago and put it in full sun.
This is where it is today (it just rained yesterday). I see a tiny bit of green growth around the edges, but I can't tell if it's just moss. I don't see any growth at all in the center where the old growth was.
What do you all think, is it a lost cause?
