Koi Pond Aeration

Hi all,

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

I'm trying to determine how much aeration I need -- in CFM -- for my koi pond.

The pond is roundish, approximately 30 feet long x 30 feet wide x 4 feet deep (consistently). Volume is approximately 25,000 gallons.

Trying to determine min/max CFM, then find the best air pump to produce it.

Nope. No bottom drains.

Thats a big pond to aerate .I was looking at a few on ebay today also ,because I need a new one

Where would the air be introduced to the water?

I've been using an air pump positioned outside the pond with air hoses running down into the water.
