I used to have 2 big ones on my front porch in NJ and they had plastic guns in there hands with a sign that says i shoot first you die no questions asked and no one to answer them either .Kept them up year round my sons friends love them .

Loganp, I think what you have designed is really nice and very suitable for a front of a house. It looks like you put a lot of work into it and that shows. Maybe you could have used liner but there are a lot of issues to consider when building your first pond and even experienced ponders second guess themselves all the time while changing something or adding something new to their pond. I think your pond will be really nice for goldfish. Is that what you were thinking? Also I was wondering if you raised the preform up a little to avoid chemicals from the lawn and garden from running into it with the rainwater that might accumulate near it.
