Lily Pads smaller

Does anyone know why my water lily pads might be growing smaller? They were growing these huge pads and now they seem to be shrinking in size. I fertilize with the Tomato spikes. I did notice when I pulled the tubs up to fertilize it looks like they are totally filling the tubs!! Do I need to separate them already? They don't seem to be putting up as many blooms as they were either.

Definitely a lack of nutrients. Either repot or add more fertilizer.

I did fertilize them this past weekend, so maybe that will help. Will it hurt them to repot now?

It shouldn't, I just moved a few and they are doing fine.
