Lily pads

hello, I have a question about lily pads. I have some growing in my pond and they were doing great. I also have a fountain the showers water onto them. My question is, is that hurting the lilies? I had one flower pod but it never bloomed

They are not a fan of moving water. If you can move them out of the way that would be best.
