Messy pond bottom and sides

I have had string algae problems this summer in my pond. I managed to remove most of it but small rocks at bottom and the liner of the pond are sticky and have residual agae stuck into them. Also the water is cloudy. Anybody can suggest a product to clear this ?

String algae does not make water cloudy. Pull out the excess and don't worry about what you cannot take out by hand. Get a good bio filter in place and the cloudy water will go away.
