My pond finally up and running

OK mate is it true they only grow as big as the pond

I just looked up and it says for 300 liters you could put 2 koi and they would still out grow pond and not grow to full size

Your pond is too small for koi. They grow to 3 feet! They will not stay small in a small pond. No way!

Shubunkins are just goldfish but different in their coloring/patterns. They are the same in size as regular goldfish.

I have a 300 gallon pond stocked only with 10 fantails. They are doing great. Don't overload the pond with fish debris.

Start with a few, maybe 3 or 4, goldfish or shubunkins and see which ones you like. You can more easily add a couple than find homes for ones if there are too many. Goldfish are notorious for multiplying all on their own, too.
Koi do outgrow their ponds and more quickly than you'd think.
Nice looking pond, by the way.

Thank u so much got it for my 50th birthday built frame myself even after 2 strokes can't wait to get fish in it thinking next month for them then can sit round it and just watch them

Its 750 literes think 164 gallons
