I used what’s called bin # 8 storage bin buy at homedepot hose is attached to back side glued rocks on with silicone

Glued on with silicone? Huh, I didn't think silicone had that good of adhesion traits. You mean just plain old clear silicone caulk, like you use on windows or in the bathroom? I assume it's a thin piece of slate that doesn't weigh much?

as your see in pictures I used lego blocks seal each one with silicon and then to plastic box Found. piece of plastic The width of end of box leaving space for water to fall then silicone peices of light slate to the plastic Make sure the large flat rock rest on rocks not one storage bin also attached a elbow to hose so water is pouring downward in the bin
