I am a new member of this forum . I live in Iowa and have one pond right now. I have had fish ponds for at least forty years. I love to read pond forums because I can never learn enough about ponding. I am a retired farmers wife and have a pond that is around eight by fourteen. It is at least three and a half feet deep, maybe deeper. I have seven koi and two goldfish. I also love gardening. I have a very small greenhouse that I have several orchids and tropical plants .

I hope the picture comes through and isn't too big. Or worse yet I hope all the pictures on my chip aren't downloaded. Thank you for the warm welcome, I spent most of the day yesterday reading about Country Escapes new pond she dug and built. A very big project. It turned out so beautiful.
