Pond closure

Unfortunately I am having to close my pond, I have 3 koi carp about 12 inches long and about 65 gold fish, all sizes and colours.
Ideally I would like to sell them all together along with my pond equipment.
I would welcome any advice.

I shut down a pond once. It was 300 gallons. I sold all the fish to one buyer with a much larger pond and then sold the pond and equipment to another individual

Wow lots of nice fish! Sorry you had to make this decision. Hope you can find good homes for them all. Check to see if any fish clubs in your area.

Yes I feel sorry to see them go but I am moving, have had the pond about 25 years

At the time I put an ad on Craigslist. Now I'd probably try Facebook Marketplace first.

I think Nextdoor.com is in many countries. Join that and you can maybe sell your fish etc. on there?

I wanted to find a good home last year for my 4 adult koi that were nearly 20 years. I wrote to various koi clubs and koi breeders. It took me almost 18 months to find someone! I gave them to man who has a fish farm and I also gave him a lot of pond supplies. I still have my pond, so didn't give all equipment away. I just wanted a very good home for my koi.

Try calling pond builders in your area...Many new pond owners are happy to be able to have fish that aren't tiny to start off with
