Since the upgrade, GPF has a new feature which should help improve the moderating process on the forums. You'll notice that if you hover your mouse over a post that a new line appears at the very bottom, which contains a link labeled "report".
If you spot spam or something that you think needs a moderators attention then you can click this button and then enter some descriptive text. This will alert all admins/mods on the site so that we can take a look at the issue. As there are so many posts per day, it's no longer practical to read through them all - so this should both speed up zapping spam and reduce the moderator workload.
It's unlikely that this feature will need to be used very often, as not many spammers get through the net - but if you do spot one, please do use this feature and let us know.
